Research Between Heaven and Earth
Keynote speech at Forschungzentrum Jülich's end-of-year ceremony in Bonn on atmospheric research
On satellite images, the atmosphere looks fragile – this atmosphere that makes life on our planet Earth possible.
The significance for climate change of this extremely complex layer and its physical and chemical processes was the topic of this year's keynote speech at the end-of-year ceremony. Prof. Andreas Wahner gave the lecture on 21 November to an audience of about 230 guests from politics, science and industry and employees of Forschungszentrum Jülich in the Rhineland Regional Museum in Bonn.
