Weather Extremes: Improved Models of Terrestrial Systems

Jülich, 18 July 2018 – A project headed by Jülich agrosphere researcher Prof. Stefan Kollet has been selected for the Helmholtz–RSF Joint Research Groups funding programme coordinated by the Helmholtz Association and the Russian Science Foundation (RSF). The project entitled “European hydro-climate extremes: mechanisms, predictability and impacts” is focused on improving models of the soil–water–air system.
