Multimodal mapping of the temporal lobe, especially of the superior temporal sulcus (STS) in the human brain. This sulcus is involved in speech processing. Its posterior part is associated with social perception.
The aim is to map the STS and to create probabilistic maps, which reflect the interindividual variability. Furthermore, the receptors and the connectivity of the areas are examined.
