Ursula Stangel (UE)

Ursula Stangel is – as EU officer at UE – supporting researchers in their EU activities at the Forschungszentrum Jülich. This comprises to advise and support on EU funding instruments and to gather and communicate important information regarding research politics on European level.

After her PhD in Linguistics at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in 2012, Ursula decided to change her profession from being a researcher to facilitating research and started her work as a Project Manager for European funded research projects at a small company in Munich. In 2015 she became EU officer at the Technical University Munich where she also assisted in the preparation of the Clusters of Excellence and other strategic initiatives. In August 2017, Ursula joined the Forschungszentrum Jülich.

A light lunch and drinks will be provided. Online registration is mandatory and all places are subject to availability; you will receive an email confirmation once your place on the seminar is reserved.
