Scope

This workshop will take place at the research center in Jülich, located close to Aachen, Germany, and is organized by the DFG-funded research training group RTG 1995 at RWTH Aachen University. It will bring together junior and senior theorists interested in developing methods to advance the study of quantum many-body systems. We want to foster exchange between young researchers as well as provide them with accessible introductions into the forefronts of recent methodological developments in the field. Each of the eight topics of the program will thus be introduced in a 90-minute tutorial lecture aimed at advanced master / PhD students, which is then followed by 30-minute topical talks. The topics and invited speakers of this workshop are listed on the poster.

More information regarding the workshop, including a list of topics and speakers, as well as a tentative schedule and further application instructions can be found online:

www.rtg1995.rwth-aachen.de

Thank you very much for your support in reaching young researches we are targeting in this workshop.

Best regards,

Stefan Wessel (RWTH-Aachen University),

Janine Splettstoesser (Chalmers University of Technology), and

Maarten Wegewijs (RWTH, Forschungszentrum Jülich)
