Scientific Application Software

JSC provides a huge variety of scientific application software to its user community. The dominant part of these packages and libraries are parallelized and installed on JSCs supercomputers. Serial applications and typical desktop environments are provided to users of local workstations.

The Parallel-NetCDF is only available for programs running on the compute nodes.
While compiling add the inlude/library paths: -I/bgsys/local/parallel-netcdf/include/ -L/bgsys/local/parallel-netcdf/lib -lpnetcdf
