NVIDIA Application Lab at Jülich

The NVIDIA Application Lab at Jülich is jointly operated by JSC and NVIDIA since July 2012. The main focus of this exascale lab is:

• Enabling scientific applications for GPU-based architectures
• Provide support for optimization
• Investigate Performance and scaling

A broad application portfolio encompassing computational neuroscience, high-energy physics, quantum computing, data analytics, and others has been established.

Other topics of the lab:

• Parallelization of applications on multiple GPUs
• Application requirements analysis
• Training in GPU programming and optimization
