SEM / Metallography

SEM+Metallographie

Investigation of damages is also done by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) or more sophisticated methods, e.g. electron backscatter diffraction (image). Metallographic methods like e.g. cross sectioning are used for sample preparation and post-mortem analyses. For this work we are strongly supported by our colleagues from the
