Angular Resolved Scattering

The angular resolved scattering allows a detailed characterization of the scattering behavior. In this experiment, the angular intensity distribution of the transmitted and/or reflected light is measured. Monochromatic light sources provide additional information about the spectral dependency of the light scattering. The sample is illuminated at normal incidence and a movable detector measures the intensity of the scattered light along the plane of incidence at each angular position providing the angular intensity distribution.
