The IHRS BioSoft was established at Forschungszentrum Jülich and is run in collaboration with University of Cologne, Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, RWTH Aachen University, and caesar Bonn.
The school is part of the network of Helmholtz research schools and Helmholtz graduate schools, and the graduate academy AMGC. Sixteen groups actively contribute to teaching and research.
PhD students mainly work within their own group, but are also members of the IHRS BioSoft that provides them with additional support and training opportunities. For Master students the IHRS BioSoft offers an annual Guest Student Programme.
German-speakers can find a German profile of the IHRS BioSoft on the websites of e-fellows.net. The German profile also contains interviews with an alumnus of the PhD program and with a participant in our guest student programme.
