How do protein crystals grow?

Scientists at the JCNS (Jülich Centre for Neutron Science) outstation at the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Zentrum (MLZ) in Garching have investigated the crystallization of the protein lysozyme in an experiment at the Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL).
