Structure Determination of Interfaces and Nanoscale Systems

Our research group investigates the structure of surfaces, interfaces and nano-systems using a large number of complementary techniques. Organic-inorganic interfaces are in the focus of our present research. We perform these investigations in our own laboratories as well as at different synchrotron radiation sources, mainly at the Diamond Light Source (Didcot, GB) and at BESSY (Berlin, D). In 2011 a world-class LEEM-PEEM instrument became available in our institute.
