Helmholtz PhD Student Award for Torsten Rieger


Dr. Torsten Rieger (PGI-9) belongs to the winners of the Helmholtz PhD. student award 2016.

The material scientist from Peter Grünberg Institute recieved his award in the research field “key technology” yesterday evening in Berlin during the Annual Meeting of the Helmholtz Association. The award includes 5000 Euro for their future reseach as well as 2000 Euro monthly for an up to six month research stay abroad.
