Irradiation of specimen for

  • Chemical and structural analysis of thin films (Rutherford Backscattering) spectrometry,  
  • Ion induced nuclear transformation and exitation of characteristic x-rays ,  
  • Production of non-equilibrium alloys by implantation of heavy ions.
