This includes scientific communication for researchers, courses for senior staff with managerial responsibilities, project management in science or in technical and administrative positions, further training in science management, as well as conventional programming, IT, and language courses.
In addition, Jülich offers programmes for specific target groups, such as general skills for PhD students and job applications for trainees, subject-specific courses for entire organizational units, team building measures, and coaching programmes.
Where required, training courses offered by external providers are of course also open to our employees. Our training programme is very popular: we receive more than 4,000 registrations every year.
