As a head of institute administration, you are responsible for finances, staff, and acquisitions of an institute, working closely with the administrative infrastructure divisions of Forschungszentrum Jülich. You coordinate the third-party funds acquired by your institute and advise and support the head of institute regarding the business processes related to research projects.

As a scientist in Corporate Development, you provide advice and support to the Board of Directors and the institutes regarding Forschungszentrum Jülich’s strategy and represent an important interface between science and administration. You also support the institutes in planning and monitoring their contributions to the Helmholtz Association’s scheme of programme-oriented funding.
