Quality management

Where analytical chemistry is used as a tool to monitor processes in research and development, one has to assure, that the process aimed for is predominanty observed and not natural variability of the analytical procedure which cannot be excluded. In order to reach this, the ZEA-3 has established QM-tools. These consist of a formal QM-system based on ISO 9000 with a corresponding manual for the control of the workflow, responsibility and processes for the analysis as well as of elements from ISO 17025, which assures the reproducibility, repeatability and precision as well as the important long-term stability of the analytical methods.
