BATTERY 2030+ Initiates Next Phase

Jülich/Münster, 31 August 2020 – The European research initiative BATTERY 2030+ is initiating its next project phase. The initiative aims to develop high-performance batteries for a climate-neutral society. The consortium, which comprises the Helmholtz Institute Münster (HI MS), a branch office of Forschungszentrum Jülich, the MEET Battery Research Center of the University of Münster (WWU), and other partners, is now focused on coordinating and reviewing the previously determined research activities on new battery technologies. Four strategic goals have been defined to this end.
