Carolin Huhn receives a Young Investigators Group (YIG) funding by the Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft

The Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft offers Young Investigators the establishment of their own research group within a research-intensive environment and formidable working conditions for scientists with early scientific independence. Every year up to 20 YIG groups are founded. In a very competitice process the best young scientists are elected to start a five year project with a budget of 250 000 Euro per year.

Carolin Huhn (31) was successful with her project "Novel Strategies using multidimensional approaches for the analysis of complex Biological Systems" Her project started early 2010 with cooperations within the Foschungszentrum Jülich, with Münster University and with industrial and sicentific partners.
