My current research focus on combining multimodal connectivity-based parcellation (CBP). Regional specialization and functional integration are the two fundamental organizational principles of our brain and closely related to each other, as functionally specialized brain region are likewise characterized by a distinct set of connections. We performed different connectivity modalities: RSFC-CBP, MACM-CBP and PDT-CBP to investigate fundamental organization of the brain region. Each of these modalities represents a different aspect of brain connectivity. My work is to develop a better method to topologically combine multi-modal CBP using both the optimal cluster-number per modality and that yield optimal congruency.
