My research focus lies on open source software development to foster open and reproducible scientific practices and analyses in neuroscience. In particular, I'm working on conveying effective research data management practices through creating reproducible research objects, writing extensive user documentation and coursework, and teaching data management practices in lecture series or workshops.
I care deeply about open scientific practices, reproducible neuroscience, and open source software. You can get an overview of my software and research on my homepage (www.adina-wagner.com) and my GitHub account (www.github.com/adswa).
