Presentation Preparation

The maximum poster dimensions are 1.35 m (horizontal) x 1 m (vertical). The poster should be easily readable from a distance of ~2 m. Please use a font size of at least 32 point or larger.

Thanks to the strong feedback the program will consist of 35 oral presentations and almost 200 poster presentations. Due to space limitations we are obliged to present the posters in two separate sessions on Tuesday afternoon (May 14, 2013) and Thursday afternoon (May 16, 2013). This allows having all posters on display for two days (Tuesday – Wednesday or Thursday – Friday) for additional discussions during the coffee breaks.

There will be a poster award for young scientists sponsored by Physica Scripta. All conference participants are invited to give their vote for the best poster during the poster sessions. The winner's poster is printed as a separate page in the conference proceedings.

Material to fix the posters to the poster boards will be provided by the LOC.

One author per poster is required to be available for discussion of their work during the designated poster sessions. It should be avoided that one author presents several poster at the same time.

Author guidelines for publication

Contributions of high quality and unpublished in scientific journals will be considered for publication. For futher information please also see "Information for authors" in the download area.
