Supervision for Supervisors

This interactive workshop aims at all supervisors of doctoral researchers from all institutes of the FZJ. It comprises a mixture of impulse talks and practise sessions on the following topics:

· Goal setting and evaluation

· Communication and conflict resolution

· Supervision culture in FZJ

The workshop is presented by the JuDocS Council working group “Supporting Actions for Supervisors” and will be open for registration by March 2023.
