18. JARA-FIT Lab Course Nanoelectronics

From March 20 to 24, 30 students from RWTH Aachen University will have the opportunity to participate in the "Nanoelectronics" internship.

The aim of the Nanoelectronics laboratory course is to bring students into contact with current research topics in nanoelectronics as well as with the equipment used by JARA-FIT scientists as early as possible. The course is aimed at master's students in physics, electrical engineering, chemistry and materials science.

The course consists of introductory lectures on the first day followed by one experiment per day in small groups using state-of-the-art research instruments. For one experiment, students can use the clean rooms of the Helmholtz Nano Facility (HNF).
