Developing and Implementing a Diversity & Inclusion Strategy for Forschungszentrum Jülich

The project is designed to last a total of 3 years and 9 months and is expected to reach completion on June, 30st,2024.
1. D&I Assessment
During stage one of the project we will run an assessment of the current D&I capabilities of Forschungszentrum Jülich. The assessment will consists of a climate survey, qualitative interviews, an internal D&I audit, and an assessment of current anti-discrimination resources. This stage was completed in July 2021.
2. Strategy Development
From August 2021 to May 2022 we will develop a data-based D&I strategy for Forschungszentrum Jülich, taking into account the needs and perspectives of the different stakeholders. During this stage, assessment findings will also be shared with Jülich employees.
The last stage of the project consists of two implementation cycles. At the end of the project, benefits will be measured by employing the same tools used during the first assessment stage.
