Teleworking is a form of working that allows employees to undertake part of their work from home.

Forschungszentrum Jülich introduced teleworking as an instrument to improve the options for combining family and career, above all to enable employees to look after their children or to care for a family member. You must apply for teleworking in writing and address your application to your human resource manager. Reasons supporting your application must be given, and a written statement is required.
