Course Description

Although doctoral researchers have certainly had experience giving presentations, it is quite often the case that they fear presenting their science, especially in contexts where they feel particularly under pressure (conferences, symposiums, etc.). It is becoming increasingly important to be able to communicate the core message of one’s research as this will lead to a variety of potential opportunities for young researchers. Additionally, the scientific community is widely international and therefore another aspect, which is necessary, is fluency and accuracy in the English language, as well as a keen awareness of cultural sensitivity.
