Jülich Research for the City of the Future

Karlsruhe/Jülich, 23 April 2015 – A Helmholtz initiative on urban research has been launched in Karlsruhe. Seven Helmholtz institutions will contribute their scientific competence to the project. Their shared objective is to develop new technologies and holistic solutions for future-oriented urban development. Forschungszentrum Jülich will contribute its expertise in the areas of energy, climate, and soil research.
