Regional Heats in Jülich for "Jugend forscht" Competition

Jülich, 13 February 2017 – Competition head Werner Decker honoured five award-winning projects at the regional heats for this year’s "Jugend forscht/Schüler experimentieren" young scientists’ competition at Forschungszentrum Jülich. The school students taking first place in their categories also qualified for the state competition for North Rhine-Westphalia, which will take place on 3–5 April in Leverkusen in the "Jugend forscht" category and on 5–6 May in Essen in the "Schüler experimentieren" category. The winners of the state competition will take part in the national final on 25–28 May in Erlangen.
