Warum und woran ich forsche
I joined the Genomic Imaging group of the INM-1 as a Doctoral Researcher in May 2021. My PhD project focuses on the investigation of the molecular genetic basis of the healthy and the diseased brain. In particular, I am interested in how genetic variants that are associated with multiple neuropsychiatric disorders influence the structure of the human brain. In my work, I integrate genomic and imaging data and use bioinformatic tools such as polygenic risk score analysis, or genetic association studies.
