To support our diverse experimental activities in the field of transmission electron microscopy (TEM), we are seeking a dedicated

Technical assistant with a focus on specimen preparation

titel

The Ernst Ruska Center for Microscopy and Spectroscopy with Electrons (ER-C) operates high-performance electron microscopes that provide unique insights into the world of atoms. The core tasks of the ER-C include the operation and methodical further development of high-resolution electron microscopic and spectroscopic techniques. The fields of application range from challenging questions in the physics and chemistry of condensed matter, to understanding the structure, properties and fundamental mechanisms of structural, functional and electronic materials at the atomic level, to the investigation of biological structures of membrane-associated protein complexes. The ER-C operates a national research infrastructure for high-resolution electron microscopy and makes these unique instruments and expertise available to users from science and industry.
