Certificate & doctoral profile

Doctoral researchers who have completed their doctorate in 2023/2024 will be the focus of attention at the event. They will be honoured with an individual certificate as part of the event’s stage programme. Moreover, a poster with their personal doctoral profile will be on display at the event location. On the day of the event, we kindly ask that you be present at your doctoral profile poster to answer any questions from interested guests after the ceremony. After the event, you may keep the poster as a memento.

In order to prepare your certificate and doctoral profile, we would like to ask you to provide us with some information on your doctoral project in addition to a profile text and photo no later than 31 July 2024.

Please log in to the doctoral profile area using the personal login data you have received in your confirmation of registration email and enter your information. You may log in as often as you wish and edit your entries until 31 July 2024.

Please make sure to have completed your entries before the deadline. If we do not receive any information from you by then, we will be unable to honour you as planned at the event.
