You will receive a confirmation of Your registration, a formal invoice and a weblink for the payment within a few days.

Abovementioned prices include the early-bird discount until January 31st 2025 and will raise afterwards.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by the Participant:
    • Cancellations made up to January 31st 2025 will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of 25%.
    • Cancellations made between February 1st and March 31st 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after April 1st 2025.
  • Cancellation by the Organizer:

    • In the unlikely event that SAP or SASCamp 2025 are canceled, participants will receive a refund of the registration fee.

    • In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), the organizer will refund the registration fee minus unavoidable administrative costs incurred.

  • Changes of Force Majeure:
    • The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, or format of the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case of significant changes, participants will be notified promptly.
  • Transfer of Registration:
    • Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual, provided the organizer is informed via eMail at least 15 days before the event start date.
