IMD-1 on tour

In September 2025, many IMD colleagues joined our institute exkursion to “Tagebau Garzweiler / Schlosspark Paffendorf”. After the guided tour of the open-cast mine, there was an opportunity to play mini golf. To round off the day, there was a homemade barbecue. Special thanks go to Chenyi Yang and Georg Winkens, who made everything happen and organized a fantastic day.
