JUNCA Tutorial: Basics of CMOS Technology and the motivation for Neuromorphic Computing

This is a prolog JUNCA tutorial which covers the fundamentals of the Boolean Logic, some simple CMOS gates, and the Von Neumann architecture of computers. It explains the main origin of the energy waste in conventional computers and will motivate an alternative Neuromorphic Computing (NC) architecture.

Target Group: Bachelor, master und PhD students in the disciplines contributing to neuromorphic computing (e.g., neuroscience, materials and computer sciences, electrical engineering, physics)
