Dimitrios Spithouris received the Young Researcher Awards for his presentation "Volatile amorphous-SrTiO3 devices with tunable decay time for event-based sensing" on the E-MRS meeting in Strasbourg, Symposium E "Neuromorphic Computing and adaptive sensing: materials challenges, advances and future prospects".
