Forschungszentrum Jülich has over 1,000 new recruitments per year - a continuously very high demand for staff across all career levels and areas (science, administrative and technical areas, science management). One of the most important sources of successful applications are recommendations from colleagues, i.e. from all of us. Around one third of new hires result from a recommendation!
As an example of the so-called staff recommendation programme, the colleagues in the Human Resources Department are promoting the campain with ZEA-1 colleagues Joachim Pütz, Axel König and Marcel Serwe.
