My work involves developing high-performance computing workflows for the automated processing of large-scale microscopic images of nerve fibres, including 3D-PLI and SLI datasets.
Alongside my colleagues, I work on pipelines that make vast research datasets accessible and usable for a wider audience. One of the key challenges is enabling access to analysis results and 3D registrations without requiring all the derived data to be stored permanently.
Of course, I also ensure that my colleagues' coffee supply remains as robust as our data pipelines.
