About Me

As a researcher and software engineer, I develop methods for constructing high-resolution, fully reconstructed three-dimensional models of the brain from histological image data. My work focuses on registration techniques that transform two-dimensional tissue sections into coherent volumetric representations. To support downstream analysis, I develop generative models that accurately reconstruct and impute missing information, enabling more complete and reliable digital brain datasets for neuroscientific research.
My work contributes to the Helmholtz International BigBrain Analytics and Learning Laboratory (HIBALL).
