Mixed-mode in-memory computing: towards high-performance logic processing in a memristive crossbar array
Published: 24 September 2025
In collaboration with colleagues from University of Jena, IPHT Jena, UCSD and University of Stuttgart, we proposed a mixed-mode compute paradigm using voltage- and memristance controlled logic in memristive cells. In this paper, we experimentally demonstrate efficient, robust, and scalable in-memory computing implementations.
