PostDoc - Development and application of cloud-based analysis workflows for lipidome and metabolome data

titel

The Institute of Bio- and Geosciences - Computational Metagenomics (IBG-5) focuses on bio- and chemoinformatics research activities with a particular emphasis on the interdisciplinary decoding and analysis of mass spectrometry data in the fields of lipidomics and metabolomics. The focus is on the use of cloud technologies, algorithms and AI to analyze large amounts of data and to support various applications in the life sciences and biomedicine. The IBG-5 is involved in service and infrastructure networks both nationally (as part of the German Network for Bioinformatics Infrastructure - de.NBI) and internationally (as a German node in the European Bioinformatics Network ELIXIR) to make data analysis more efficient and automated for both the scientific community and the end user.
