The DFG project "Proton conductivity near room temperature in hydrated pyrochlore-derived materials" will start in autumn 2023. Ceramic oxide materials with pyrochlore structure are the focus of research. They show potential for applications in solid-state chemotronics and on-chip microbatteries.
