Contribution to Diversity Day 2023

We would like to take the 11th German Diversity Day as an opportunity to emphasize the importance of diversity for science. The diversity of our employees is a decisive success factor for the excellent research at Forschungszentrum Jülich. It enables innovation, creativity and the integration of many perspectives on the same question. We therefore promote an open and inclusive corporate culture in which all employees can develop in the best possible way and constantly work to ensure that Forschungszentrum Jülich is a place where everyone feels welcome and safe.
