Henriette Padberg awarded the Friedrich Wilhelm Prize 2025

On November 21, 2025, Henriette Padberg received the Friedrich Wilhelm Prize from the foundation of the same name for her work “Electrical Characterization and Modeling of Bridge-Type Phase Change Memory Cells” in a festive ceremony at RWTH Aachen University.
In her work at PGI-7, under the supervision of Stefan Wiefels, Stephan Menzel, and Prof. Rainer Waser, she developed an algorithm for the automated characterization of phase change memory cells and a COMSOL-based simulation model.
