PGI-7 group leader retreat 2025, January 30/31
The PGI-7 group leader retreat took place at Falderhof (Sürth, Köln), allowing the PGI-7 team to define future strategies and team building, to foster scientific advances in novel materials, electronics, and neuromorphic computing. After two intensive days, the team identified future directions and developed implementation strategies to further grow as organization, team, and research innovation center.
The meeting marked a new kick-off for the institute after the retirement of Prof. Rainer Waser, who led the institute for the past decade. Under the lead of acting director Prof. Regina Dittmann the required strategies to sustain and further develop the institute were developed.
