Whole-brain dynamical modeling

I am interested in the information processing of the human brain network. The structural/anatomical connectivity in the brain can be the backbone of neural information processing. So, I reconstruct structural connectivity using structural data (T1-weighted and diffusion-weighted MRI). And the whole-brain models generate brain responses, e.g., blood-oxygen-level-dependent (BOLD) signal. By comparing simulated and empirical data, we can validate the whole-brain model. After the validation, the validated model will apply to the brain dynamics in clinical situations or cognitive research.
