The Neuhaus Group

The Neuhaus group has a focus on the combination of atomic force microscopy (AFM) and electrochemical methods to study interfaces in solid electrolytes/mixed ionic-electronic conductors and between individual battery components. In addition to typical materials used in lithium-based batteries, we focus in particular on zinc-ion-conducting and proton-conducting materials for use in aqueous zinc-metal batteries.
