Proceedings

The conference committee invites all participants to submit a paper to be considered in the proceedings of the conference.

Proceedings will be published as a hardcover book by Springer publishers. All contributors to the TGF '13 conference, presenting an oral or a poster communication may submit a paper for the proceedings.

Style

Authors are urged to take special care in preparing their papers.

Please consider using the recommended latex-templates from Springer.

Papers which are submitted in technically unsuitable form may not be published in the conference proceedings.

Maximum Length

Since the total number of pages of the proceesings is limited, it is important that your paper not exceed the guidlines:

  • Plenary talk: 12 pages
  • Oral contribution: 8 pages
  • Poster contribution: 6 pages

The page limit given is strict and includes summary, figures and references.

Please send a signed and completed copyright form to us as soon as possible. The Springer copyright form can be found here. It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form.
You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format. If you cannot scan the signed form please fax it to the fax number in contact.

Deadline of submission of papers

Please submit a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources belonging to your camera-ready paper to the following email-address info@tgf13.de

In case your zip-file is larger than 4 MB, please upload it on an appropriate server (Dropbox, Google-docs etc) and send us only the download-link.

In order to ensure publication in early 2014 and to be included in the conference proceedings, your paper must arrive in electronic form on or before the 31 January 2014.

Call for Abstracts (Oral and Posters) [expired]

Abstract submission

The conference committee of Traffic and Granular Flow '13 invites you to submit an abstract to be considered for oral or poster presentation at the conference. The contributions should present research on the topics of the conference or related areas.

Guidlines

  • Abstracts can only be submitted in LaTeX.
  • Abstracts must contain no more than one page.
  • Abstracts must not have been published.

Poster requirements

There are no specific layout requirements for a poster except that it must not exceed the maximum size of 841mm x 1189 mm or approx. 33" x 47" (A0 portrait format). Material for fixing the poster is provided by us. You can place your poster starting 25 September 2013 at 8:30 am. It has to be removed by 26 September 2013 until 4 pm. Volunteers will be present at the poster exhibition area to help you.
