Registration

For this year's DENIM XII conference, we have chosen not to set a specific theme or focus. Instead, we would encourage participants to submit presentations on the topic of "Lessons Learned".

We would therefore especially welcome reports on the findings and experiences of our members concerning the risks and setbacks encountered in the manufacture of components or the commissioning of instruments, including errors or defects in the planning or operating procedures of instruments or their individual components.

Here is an overview of the registration fees. All fees inkl VAT.

After you have registered, you will get an email with an invoice to be paid. More instruction will be in the email.

Film and sound recordings as well as photos will be made at the event, and you consent to their later use by registering for the event. Please make sure to accept this.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS - ABSTRACT SUBMISSION NOW CLOSED

Participants are invited to submit abstracts online as contributions for the workshop. Abstracts will be evaluated by the DENIM XII program review committee; selected abstracts will be promoted as oral or poster presentations by the committee.

Short Instructions:
In order to submit an abstract for DENIM XII at first you have to create an user account (please note that this account will also be used for your registration). You will receive your personal login details via email. Please follow the link "Abstract Submission" in the section "Your Submissions" in order to get access to the submission page.

Abstract Submission

You will be guided through the following submission steps:
1. Step - indicate authors and their organization
2. Step - enter title and abstract (max. 500 words)
3. Step – enter keywords and click extra fields
4. Step – press "proceed"
5. Step - preview/save
6. Step – Logout and wait for further instructions


During the phase of abstract submission the contributions may be amended with your personal login. More information for submitting authors you can find here
