Award Lectureship for Dr. Knut Müller-Caspary

Award "Lectureship Prof. Bernhard Heß" of the University of Regensburg for outstanding Young Investigators.

Dr. Knut Müller-Caspary received the award "Lectureship Prof. Bernhard Heß" in February 2019 from the University of Regensburg, Germany.

The price is endowed with 2000EUR and provides the opportunity for outstanding external Young Investigators to give guest lectures in the physics faculty of the University of Regensburg, so as to augment the teaching program of the university.

Dr. Knut Müller-Caspary works at the Ernst Ruska-Centre for Microscopy and Spectroscopy with Electrons (ERC-1), where he leads the group on MORESTEM (Momentum-resolved Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy.

The series of his lectures in Regensburg will be given in the summer term 2019 and has the title:

„From atomic charge density mapping to ultrafast processes: Electron microscopy as a multidimensional information channel“.
